Q: How many puzzles can I complete in a month?
A: You can complete as many puzzles as you like! Most subscribers finish 2-3 puzzles per month.
Q: How much time is spent waiting between puzzle shipments?
A: Each puzzle needs to be return to our warehouse before we ship your next puzzle. We have a 3 day guarantee, if you puzzle takes longer than 3 days, we ship your next puzzle.

Q: What happens if I take longer than 30 days to complete my puzzles?
A: When you ship your puzzle back, we'll ship your next pack when USPS scans the return puzzles. If you find that 4 puzzles is too many, you can pause or downgrade at anytime!
Q: How much time is spent waiting between puzzle shipments?
A: Each puzzle pack is shipped monthly on your renewal date. If you want to accelerate your puzzle pack, you can contact us, adjust your renewal date and ship your next pack the next business day.

Q: Can I change my subscription after I start?
A: You can change your membership to get harder or easier puzzles anytime. Log into your account and change you subscription whenever you want.
Q: Can I buy a puzzle if I really love it?
A: Of course! Many members love the puzzles we stock and we're happy to sell them. Members get a discount and prices vary per puzzle.
Q: What about missing pieces?
A: Accidents happen! We take care to provide a great experience for everyone, this includes every puzzle having all their pieces. If a puzzle is returned with a piece missing, we waive fees for the first occurrence. Each additional puzzle returned missing a piece is $5. We will retire and recycle incomplete puzzles.
Q: How do you clean the puzzles?
A: We have a proprietary system that uses a series of fans, UVA light and a MERV13 filter to remove contaminates and sanitize everything.
