Why did we start the 100 Puzzle Club? Easy, because we love connecting with you, and we especially love connecting through the good old-fashioned postal system!
It all started when we first founded Completing the Puzzle and sent handwritten thank-you notes to our early customers. Pretty soon, we started receiving handwritten cards, notes, and post-its back.
This created an open channel of communication with our customers, and we loved it. It’s so fun to see our customers enjoying their puzzles and creating memories through Completing the Puzzle.
The tradition of handwritten notes has carried on through this day, and we cherish and save every single note we get back from our customers. Sending things through the mail is a huge part of Completing the Puzzle’s service, so we also love keeping old-school communication styles like handwritten letters alive.
We couldn’t be more grateful for the ways you’ve invited us into your homes through your puzzle rental, so we love to show our appreciation as much as we can. We value all of your feedback, photos, and notes.
