A: Yes! Take advantage of our promotions using your gift card. Excess amount left on your card cannot be used on your recurring subscription bill.
Q: My code isn't working at checkout, what gives?
A: Be sure to use the gift card box and not the discount box. You will need to check the "Apply a Gift Card" box under "Billing and Payments". If that isn't the issue, please reach out to our customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org
.Q: Why do I need to enter my credit card if my gift card covers the entire purchase?
A: We're a subscription! Your credit card is necessary to continue beyond the initial transaction. Additionally, we keep a card on file in case you accidentally damage a puzzle or you do not return your puzzle at the end or your subscription, per our Terms of Service. If you find you don't want to continue, you may cancel at any time before your next renewal.
Q: Can I use my gift card for a term other than stated on my card?
A: Yes, but only for a longer term than stated on your card. The entire amount on your card must be used at checkout.
Q: Will my subscription automatically renew?
A: Yes! Your gift card will apply towards your initial purchase, and then your subscription will renew at the end of the term you chose.
Q: Can gift cards be redeemed on active subscriptions?
A: Unfortunately, no. Only new members can take advantage of the gift card.
