Q: What term options are available for gift cards?
A: Currently, gift cards that cover the value of 1 Month, 3 Months, 6 Months and 12 Months are available.
Q: Can I send my gift card to someone?
A: Yes, if you select "give as a gift" when purchasing the gift card, you can put in their information, a fun note and customize the gifting experience!
Q: Can I buy now and deliver it later?
A; Yes! When you select "give as a gift" you can delay the email delivery of the gift card.
Q: Can I purchase a gift card for products other than subscriptions?
A: At this time, gift cards are only available for subscriptions.
Q: Why does my recipient need to enter their credit card if my gift card covers the entire purchase?
A: We're a subscription! Their credit card is necessary to continue beyond the initial transaction. Additionally, we keep a card on file in case there is an accident and a puzzle is damaged or goes unreturned. If they don't want to continue, they can cancel at any time before their next renewal (no questions asked and no need to talk to anyone!) Lastly, some states charge sales tax based on where a puzzle is shipped, so the recipient will have to pay sales tax (gift cards are not taxed).
Q: Are gift cards refundable?
A: No, all gift cards are final sale. However, they are good for up to 5 years and they are fully transferrable to any other puzzler!
Q: Can the gift card be used for an existing subscription?
A: The gift cards can only be redeemed for new subscriptions at this time.
