Art and Fable Puzzle Company is a brand that produces high-quality puzzles featuring artwork by a wide variety of artists from around the world. Their puzzles are not only fun to assemble, but they also offer an interactive, close-up experience with beautiful paintings.

The company prides itself on using sustainable materials and environmentally-friendly practices in their production process, making their puzzles responsible and conscious. I Thought the Streets Were Paved with Gold — 1000 pieces

The first new puzzle available to you is I Thought the Streets Were Paved with Gold! This is a 1000-piece puzzle of a painting by artist, Pacita Abad, from 1991. In this puzzle, you can expect a contemporary visualization of the U.S. immigrant experience through the collage and integrated text the artist incorporates in her work.

This puzzle features colorful and intricate painting that captures the artist’s diverse cultural background and experience as a U.S. immigrant. We hope you enjoy piecing together this beautiful work of art and gain a new perspective on the history of the different waves of immigration to the country.

The Roses of Heliogabalus — 1000 pieces

The next newest puzzle to our catalog today is The Roses of Heliogabalus! This is a 1000 piece puzzle of a painting from the 19th century by artist Sir Lawrence Alma-Tadema. This artist was a Dutch-British painter known for his highly detailed and realistic depictions of historical scenes, usually of ancient Rome and Greece.

The Roses of Heliogabalus, 1000 pieces

Alma-Tadema's paintings are characterized by vivid colors and the meticulous research he undertook to ensure historical accuracy. By putting this painting on a puzzle, Art and Fable Company contributes to honoring this artist’s legacy.

The image itself depicts a scene from ancient Rome, of a banquet hosted by the young emperor Heliogabalus, known for his extravagance. The painting is notable for its intricate details, including the individual expressions and gestures of the guests and the elaborate architecture and decoration of the room. It is considered one of Alma-Tadema's most famous works and a striking example of his skill in depicting historical scenes with both accuracy and artistic flair!

As always, make sure you’re adding the new puzzles we’ve recently made available to your wishlist! It’s the easiest way to ensure we're able to send you the types of puzzles you’ll love completing!

Just to remind you, it’s not always guaranteed you’ll get a puzzle from your wishlist, as we have many more members than copies of a specific puzzle. When it is time to pack your puzzle, one from your wishlist will be chosen first if it is available. However, if no puzzle from your wishlist is available, a puzzle will be chosen using your default level and theme preferences.

At Completing the Puzzle, we're always adding new puzzles - and brands - that members can add to their wishlist. Plus, you can also specify your desired difficulty level and build a wish list of the puzzles you want to receive. When you’re done with a puzzle, simply ship it back to us and we’ll send off your next one.
