We’ve got some exciting news: as of June 2024, the Completing the Puzzle warehouse has moved to Dallas, Texas! Our new space will allow us to be more efficient, expand our inventory, and better serve our members. Completing the Puzzle was founded in March 2020, just as the world was shutting down and people were looking for creative ways to pass the time at home. Our founders, Brian and Alania, are avid puzzlers who wanted to make renting puzzles a reality for people around the world.
They wanted to see puzzles be used and enjoyed by several households instead of sitting on a shelf, which is why Completing the Puzzle was born. How cool would it be if people passed around puzzles instead of sticking them in a closet to collect dust?
The side hustle turned full-time business quickly took over our founders’ home, much to the chagrin of their dog, Astro. We moved into our first office, a 900-square-foot mom-and-pop space in Austin, in June 2020.
Our goal is to serve as many people as possible as best as we possibly can, which is where our new warehouse comes in. Four years after we moved into our first office, we’re thrilled to move to Dallas and expand Completing the Puzzle even further!
