What does “used” mean, exactly?
We start with new puzzles. After every use, each one is inspected and sanitized before it ships again, and we work to ensure every puzzle has all of its pieces. A box may show a little wear from its last puzzler, but what matters is the puzzle inside. We do our best to remove all puzzles missing pieces from inventory. It can happen, and when it does our support team will sort it out.
How does shipping work?
Orders ship from Dallas, TX within 2-3 business days. East of the Sun and West of the Moon ships in a reusable puzzle bag with a premium reference photo.
How do you sanitize the puzzles?
We have a proprietary system that uses a series of fans, UVA light and a MERV13 filter to remove contaminants and sanitize every piece.
Can I rent East of the Sun and West of the Moon instead of buying it?
