What does “used” mean, exactly?
We start with new puzzles. After every use, each one is inspected and sanitized before it ships again, and we work to ensure every puzzle has all of its pieces. A box may show a little wear from its last puzzler, but what matters is the puzzle inside. We do our best to remove all puzzles missing pieces from inventory. It can happen, and when it does our support team will sort it out.
How does shipping work?
Orders ship from Dallas, TX within 2-3 business days.
How do you sanitize the puzzles?
We have a proprietary system that uses a series of fans, UVA light and a MERV13 filter to remove contaminants and sanitize every piece.
Can I rent Puerto Vallarta instead of buying it?
Yes. Members build a puzzle, send it back in a prepaid bag, and the next one ships. Pick rent it with a membership above and Puerto Vallarta ships to you first.
What if I buy it and want to pass it on later?
We run a Buy Back Program, so puzzles you own can come back to us instead of the closet.
