Common questions

Should I buy this one, or join the membership?
If you want to own T'is the Season, buy it. If you would rather build it and send it back for the next one, join. Most people who puzzle regularly find they do not want to keep any of them once they are done, which is why the library exists. Plans and pricing come at the end of the 60-second quiz.
What does “used” mean, exactly?
Every puzzle in our library has been built before. Each one is inspected, sanitized and piece-verified before it ships, and we work to ensure every puzzle has all of its pieces. If a piece is ever missing, our support team sorts it out. Buying is the same physical puzzle a member would rent.
Can I request this exact puzzle with a membership?
Add T'is the Season to your wishlist and it is what we ship first when it is available. Part of the fun after that is the surprise, but your preferences and your wishlist drive what we send.
How many puzzles can I get in a month?
As many as you can finish. You hold one puzzle at a time. Once we receive your return, sanitize it and verify the pieces, your next one ships out.
How does shipping work?
Membership puzzles ship free both ways. Orders in by 10am CST ship the same day from Dallas, TX. Every puzzle arrives with a prepaid return label and a reusable shipping bag.
Can I pause or cancel?
Yes. You can pause your membership from your account portal for a minimum of one month, as long as your current puzzle is on its way back to us. You can cancel from the same place.
What if I buy it and then want the membership?
Join whenever you like. We also run a Buy Back Program, so puzzles you already own can come to us instead of the closet.
