Hey, puzzling fam! We have some exciting upgrades happening at Completing the Puzzle HQ that we can finally share with you.
You may remember that we recently announced our move to a new warehouse in Dallas, Texas. That move has opened up new ways to take the Completing the Puzzle experience to the next level for our loyal customers.
So without further ado, here’s what’s coming up at your favorite puzzle subscription company!
The new warehouse in Dallas allows us to uplevel several aspects of our subscription service. It’s in a more central location than our last warehouse, so you can expect faster shipping times and fewer delays. Faster shipping and more time to work on your puzzles is a win-win in our book.
It’s also a much larger space and we can store way more puzzles than we used to, which means our catalog is expanding! Not only will you have more puzzles to choose from, but more inventory means you have a better shot at getting the puzzles at the top of your wishlist.
Overall, the new warehouse has made all of our operations more efficient. We love this because it means we can give you an even better puzzling experience. All you have to do is sit back and wait for your favorite puzzles to show up at your front door!
Since Completing the Puzzle was founded in March 2020, sustainability has been one of our top priorities. After all, our goal is to get more puzzles in circulation instead of only being used once and tossed out.
In the past, part of our commitment to sustainability was shipping our puzzles in compostable bags. We’re happy to announce that we’ve found an even better option for our mailers: reusable bags made from recycled plastic.
These bags are a major improvement because they are much sturdier than compostable bags. We can get around 40 uses out of them, compared to only two uses out of our compostable mailers.
The recycled plastic mailers are also waterproof, which keeps the puzzle pieces and legends safe so they can last longer and be enjoyed by more families.
Along with offering a more sustainable option, these mailers should be easier to use. They come with a really fun design, and they’re easier to ship back once you’re done with your puzzle. Instead of the hassle of attaching a return label sticker, you simply slide the label into the pocket at the front of the mailing bag.

Another fun upgrade is that we recently added a new professional printer to our warehouse. Why are we so excited about a printer? Because with every puzzle that we ship out, we include a legend, which includes the puzzle image and additional information, to help guide your puzzling process.
Previously, the colors of our legends didn’t always match the puzzles as closely as we would have liked. The accuracy still depends on the image we are provided by the puzzle companies, but now with our new printer, we can produce crisp, bright and more accurate legends.
We’re here to help you become a puzzling pro, and our new, truer-to-color legends will get you one step closer to hall-of-fame status.
